By working with me, you’re agreeing to these terms. It’s pretty straightforward stuff. Just want us both on the same page.
Design & Services
The Work
We’ll figure out what you need over email before anything gets started. If things shift along the way, we’ll talk it out before anything changes on price or timeline.
Payment
Payment is due upfront before work begins and we’ll confirm the details over email. For ongoing or subscription services, billing runs on a recurring cycle so just make sure your payment info stays current.
Cancellations
If you’re on a subscription or retainer, just shoot me an email before your next billing cycle and we’re good. Cancellations after a cycle’s already started won’t be refunded for that period. One-time projects are non-refundable.
Revisions
I don’t offer refunds, but I will make it right. If something isn’t working as expected, reach out and we’ll sort it out.
Your Side of Things
I’ll need accurate info, timely feedback, and whatever access is necessary to get things done. If your timeline or needs change, communicate that early. The sooner I know, the better I can work with it.
Keep It Legal
Your site, content, and business need to be legal and above board. I won’t work on anything involving illegal activity, harassment, or harmful content, and I reserve the right to step away if something like that comes up.
Ownership
Once you’re paid up, the work is yours. I might show it off in my portfolio, but if you’d rather I didn’t, just let me know.
Hosting & Liability
Hosting is managed on my end. I take uptime seriously and run my own sites on the same platform, but I’m not responsible for network outages or interruptions outside of my control. I don’t control the network or the internet as a whole, and neither does anyone else.

Art & Art Commissions
The Art
All commission details are confirmed before I start, whether that’s over email or in person. This includes subject matter, size, medium, color palette, and any reference materials. I’ll keep communication open throughout so we stay on the same page.
Payment
Payment is due in full before work begins. I need to get supplies sorted, so no payment means no start date.
No Refunds
I don’t offer refunds. Art is art. If you have concerns, reach out and we’ll talk it through.
If You Go Quiet
If I don’t hear back from you within a week during an active commission, I reserve the right to cancel the project. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Commercial Use
Commissions are for personal use only. If you need something for commercial use, that falls under design work and will be priced accordingly. Just reach out and we’ll figure it out.
Portfolio & Privacy
I retain the right to share finished commissions in my portfolio and on socials. I will never mention who commissioned the piece unless you specifically ask me to.
